Who we are. LiveStreamIQ is a Kafka control and governance platform by [Prodevans Technologies Pvt. Ltd.](“LiveStreamIQ”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information on https://livestreamiq.com and for demos/trials. For enterprise on-prem deployments, you control the data—we process it only under your instructions.
Information we collect
- You provide: name, work email, phone, company, role; messages you send us (demo/support forms).
- Automatic: IP address, browser/OS, pages viewed, timestamps, basic analytics/cookies.
- Trials (hosted/cloud only): limited telemetry (version, feature flags, error codes, counts of brokers/topics/connectors, admin/API events by type/time). No Kafka message payloads are collected.
- On-prem: telemetry is off by default unless you enable it.
How we use it
- Provide and improve the site, respond to requests, schedule demos, secure our services.
- Send product updates and event invites (you can opt-out anytime).
- Comply with law and enforce terms.
Sharing
- With trusted service providers (hosting, email/CRM, analytics, error monitoring, support) under contracts.
- With partners only when you request a joint session.
- For legal, security, or corporate transactions as required.
We do not sell personal information.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, logging). No method is 100% secure; we continuously improve.

Data retention
- Website/analytics: typically 12–24 months.
- CRM/marketing: until you opt-out or after inactivity.

Customer data in enterprise deployments follows your contract.

Our site is for business users and not directed to children.

Product note (important): In on-prem LiveStreamIQ, you control all Kafka data. For hosted trials/cloud, telemetry is limited and excludes message payloads by design.
